GLADYS JOSSELL Ms. Gladys Jossell is the owner of a-pro Staffing, LLC, a privately owned full-service agency specializing in delivering direct hire, temporary to permannet, and temporary services to corporations in the greater Chicago metropolitan and suburban areas. Ms. Jossell, a native of Mississippi Delta, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi and a Master of Arts with a concentration in Human Recource Development from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. With a passion for teaching and training students for the business world, she began her career with the Chicago Public Schools teaching business subjects (shorthand, typing, business math, general business, etc.) at the high school level for 5 years. Having a deeper commitment to impact the lives of adults, she later began teaching and managing the legal and word processing secretarial diploma programs and assisting in job placements at a local, private, not-for-profit college. A-PRO is affiliated with the American Staffing Association, the Illinois Association of Temprorary and Staffing Services, where Ms. Jossell has served as a member of its board and served as chairperson of the newletters and membership committees along with serving on the preparing youth for industry committee. She is a past member of Professional Secretaries International. Her propelling focus is to recruit and develop experienced, talented, and professional workforce. |
